Welcome to SwapReels, operated by TrimSheetFast ("SwapReels," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using our AI-powered video swap service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

SwapReels provides a tool that allows users to create AI-powered video swaps using user-submitted materials and supported video links.

Key characteristics of the Service:

• Users provide materials they have the right to use.
• Certain features may require an account or an active plan.
• Generated results depend on the materials submitted and Service availability.
• We may set reasonable limits on supported inputs, output formats, and usage.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

SwapReels operates on a plan-based generation system:

• Users may select a plan that provides access to Service features.
• Plan access is tied to a specific user account.
• Plan allowances have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Plan allocations, limits, and usage rules may change.

Payment processing, when enabled, is handled securely. We do not store payment card details.

We reserve the right to modify plan requirements, availability, or usage rules at any time.

The cost and availability of operating a digital creative service may change over time.

As a result, SwapReels reserves the right to adjust pricing, plan benefits, generation limits, supported inputs, output options, or other usage-based parameters of the Service at any time if necessary due to business, operational, legal, compliance, or availability factors related to providing the Service.

Such adjustments may take effect immediately and apply to future generations performed on the platform. Subscription plans provide access to the platform and its features for the duration of the billing period, but they do not guarantee fixed generation costs, usage limits, processing times, or feature availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing predictable and transparent, and applicable changes will be reflected within the platform interface.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds may be refused if we see evidence of fraud, manipulation, chargeback abuse, excessive usage, or other abusive behavior.

Because the Service is delivered digitally, once video generation, generation usage, preview, download, or streaming begins, delivery is considered complete and the statutory right to cancel expires to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase, users acknowledge that the digital service may be provided immediately and that their right to cancel ends once usage starts.

You retain ownership and intellectual property rights in content you submit to the Service, including materials you upload, link, or generate through the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights.

SwapReels does not claim ownership over your creative assets. You grant SwapReels a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to use, process, transmit, store, display, and deliver your content solely to operate the Service as intended.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required for the images, videos, likenesses, and other materials you submit or use with the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate videos. You acknowledge that:

• Generated results may vary in quality, accuracy, realism, and suitability.
• Outputs are provided as-is.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing, sharing, or using them.
• SwapReels does not guarantee that generated content is error-free, lawful for your intended use, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or abusive purposes.
• Create, share, or attempt to create non-consensual sexual, intimate, or exploitative content.
• Use another person's face, likeness, image, video, or identity without the rights, permissions, and consents required by law.
• Mislead others by impersonating a person, public figure, brand, or organization in a deceptive or harmful way.
• Violate intellectual property, publicity, privacy, platform, or other third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, scrape, overload, or abuse the Service.
• Circumvent generation limits, plan rules, security controls, or abuse-prevention systems.
• Interfere with Service security, systems, or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

All rights, title, and interest in the SwapReels platform, software, branding, user interface, workflows, and documentation remain the exclusive property of SwapReels or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Service itself.

The Service may integrate with or depend on services outside our control. SwapReels is not responsible for third-party services, websites, platforms, or tools outside our control.

The Service is provided on an as available basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency security work that temporarily limits access.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Continued use poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapReels disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of generated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapReels shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Service.
• Generated videos not meeting expectations or specific requirements.
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or content.
• Interruption of workflow, publication, production, or platform access.
• Service interruptions or changes outside our control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

In all cases, SwapReels' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SwapReels in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwapReels from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your content, generated outputs, or publication of generated videos.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement or violation of third-party rights.
• Failure to obtain required rights, permissions, or consents.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SwapReels is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
